Major Master Bath and Kitchen Remodel

This master bath is like none you have ever seen. It's a very contemporary design tailored to the specific desires of the homeowners. The project also involved relocating and remodeling the laundry room and master closet. The kitchen remodel was on the 2008 Remodelers Tour and is so striking we wanted to enter it again. With its open design, red birch cabinetry, gorgeous granite countertops and large windows to take advantage of the beautiful view, this project is one you don't want to miss.

BEFORE

Project Goals:

  1. Relocate and remodel master bath, laundry and walk-in closet
  2. Create an open, contemporary kitchen design along with relocating the kitchen in order to take advantage of the view and make better use of the existing footprint
  3. Update numerous things in the home such as windows, exterior doors, ceiling surfaces, flooring, interior doors and trimwork

Directions: From Century High School in NE Rochester go east on Viola Road 1.5 miles. Turn left on Hidden Hills Lane. The house is about a half mile on the right side.
