Main Floor Remodel

Everyone likes to be in the kitchen and enjoy the outdoors. With an outdoor theme in mind, a large bay window with 2 frenchwood doors to the deck were added. With this came the large eat-in hickory kitchen and adjoining space with stone fireplace. Granite countertops and tiled walls along with cedar ceiling with hickory crown moulding give the feel of up north in this live-in kitchen. The updated 3/4 bath follows the same theme with its tiled shower and cedar walls and ceiling.

Project Goals:

  1. Update kitchen and bath from 1954
  2. Accommodate holiday gatherings
  3. Let the outdoors in, more visibility to the outside
  4. Rustic up north cabin feel
